November SESAPS Meeting
Tuesday, September 23 2014
It is my pleasure to invite you to the SESAPS Meeting in Columbia, South Carolina, November 13-15, 2014.
Our scientific program will focus on some of the year's outstanding research results across all fields from atomic and condensed matter to nuclear and particle physics. We are expecting 250 abstracts: 50 invited talks, 100 contributed sessions, and 100 poster presentations. There will be also sessions on physics education, minorities in physics, and physics careers. The meeting will be a unique networking opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate students, and physicists of all ages.
Information about registration, abstract submission and the meeting's program are available at the local meeting's website (http://www.physics.sc.edu/sesaps2014/). Please submit your abstract by October 3rd, 2014.
If you have not signed up for SESAPS membership, this is the time to do it, by going on the APS website (there is no extra cost if you are already an APS member).
Looking forward to seeing you in Columbia!
